Patients were categorized into three cohorts based baseline IPSS severity: mild (IPSS ≤ 7), moderate 8-19), ≥ 20) cohorts. Outcome measures, including IPSS, quality life (QoL), maximum flow rate (Qmax), postvoid residual (PVR), alpha blockers 5-alpha reductase inhibitors usage, adverse events (AEs) collected analyzed at baseline, 1-, 3-, 6-, and/or 12-months postoperatively. However, experienced -0.5 (-3.0, 0.0) (p=0.035) nocturia 0.0 (-1.0, 6-months (p=0.002), both which (p<0.05). Most AEs transient non-serious, gross hematuria (66.5%) being most common.
